Processing Time

All of our products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary depending on the destination, package size, and the fastest/most reliable option available.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates (U.S.)

Delivery times are estimates and start after your order ships:

  • Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days

Shipping Rates (U.S.)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order:

  • Economy (Orders $50+): FREE

  • Economy (0–5 lb): $4.90

  • Economy (5–70 lb): $19.90

  • Standard (0–1 lb): $6.90

  • Standard (1–5 lb): $9.90

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses,

  • carrier delays, or

  • packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it after the customer covers the new shipping cost.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at jmeyer@mindfulmagnet.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the package and product so we can help.
