Refund policy

We want you to love your order. Because our products are custom-made / personalized (photo magnets), please read this policy carefully.

Returns (Custom / Personalized Items)

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or the result isn’t what you expected (for example: you selected the wrong photo, cropping, or design preference).

  • If you have any concerns, please contact us — we’ll do our best to help.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at jmeyer@mindfulmagnet.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once we confirm the issue, we will make it right by providing a replacement and/or a refund.

In most cases, you do not need to return the item. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact jmeyer@mindfulmagnet.com.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • custom / personalized products (except for damage/defect/wrong item),

  • sale items, and

  • gift cards.

Order Changes / Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible at jmeyer@mindfulmagnet.com. Once a custom order has entered production, we may not be able to cancel or make changes.
